We are a remodeling company that understands everyone can't afford to remodel when they want but that doesn't mean you can't afford to make your house look good inside and out.
We can give your house a fresh look on the outside from the roof down. We have all the gadgets and even some trade secret solvents to get the job clean and even protecting those surfaces from future problems. We have the tools to clean your needs. Driveways YES, siding YES, brick YES, decks YES "even composite decks", some roofs and even tree houses. We offer flat rates per side of houses $130 or a simple $50 an hour rate including washer, gas, and solvents.
What about the painting, yes it does wonders. With today's apps and gadgets it makes choosing colors easy and we can even do it over email saving us all time and gas. This holds true for the power washing too. Just email some photos and we can estimate it. Again we have all the gadgets to get the job done right and efficiently. Our techniques very depending on the job from basic rollers to industrial injection rollers or sprayers and lets not forget the a good brush makes all the differences, plus a good hand. Flat rates on painting or rent a painter with tools for $35 an hour, paint not included. We can paint most empty town houses in 2 days including minnor drywall repairs for $1200-$1400 a floor. We also remove wall paper with confidence.
